Privacy Policy

FleetProHQ ("FleetProHQ," "we," "us") provides a fleet-repair tracking and communication platform for fleet operators, delivery service partners (DSPs), fleet-management companies, and the repair shops that service their vehicles. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

• Account information — name, work email, phone, company/DSP, and role, provided when an account is created or an invite is accepted.
• Fleet & repair data — vehicles, VINs/unit numbers, repair orders, statuses, estimates, approvals, photos, and related service records, supplied by fleets and by the shops performing the work.
• Requests you submit — details you enter on our "Request Service" form (name, company, email, phone, fleet size, program, and message).
• Technical data — standard log information (IP address, browser type, timestamps) used for security, reliability, and abuse prevention.

2. How we use it

• Operate the platform — show live repair status, route approvals, and keep fleets and shops in sync.
• Authenticate users and enforce role- and tenant-based access.
• Communicate with you about service, approvals, status changes, and support.
• Protect the service — detect abuse, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.

3. Cookies & essential storage

We use only essential cookies and browser storage — primarily a secure authentication token that keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party ad trackers, or sell behavioral data. Because these are strictly necessary to run the app, they are always on while you use it.

4. Who we share data with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run our platform, under contract and only as needed:

• Supabase — secure database and authentication hosting.
• Netlify — website hosting and content delivery.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the service.

We keep account and service records for as long as your organization uses FleetProHQ and as needed for legitimate business, legal, and audit purposes. You may request deletion of your account data as described below.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, contact us at privacy@fleetprohq.com or through our contact page. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Children

FleetProHQ is a business tool and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
