These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the FleetProHQ platform ("Service"). By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.
FleetProHQ is a platform for tracking fleet-vehicle repairs and coordinating communication between fleets and the repair shops that service their vehicles — including live status, estimates, approvals, photos, and records.
You agree not to: (a) attempt to access data belonging to other organizations; (b) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without authorization; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Service; (d) upload malicious code; or (e) use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
Your organization retains ownership of the fleet and service data it provides. You grant FleetProHQ the rights needed to host, process, and display that data to authorized users in order to provide the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Approvals recorded in the Service (including typed signatures and approval records) are intended to document authorization decisions. Repair-order and billing data may originate from third-party systems; where a source system is authoritative, its records govern. The Service is a coordination and record tool and does not itself perform repairs or guarantee outcomes.
We work to keep the Service reliable and to surface data freshness honestly, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, FleetProHQ disclaims all implied warranties and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service and its users. You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your account data.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
